WAY-LOO — LEGAL DOCUMENT SET (v1.0)
INFORMATIONAL TRANSLATION. The authoritative text of this set is the Turkish version (hukuki-set.tr.md). This English text is provided for information only; in case of any discrepancy the Turkish text prevails. (Same rule as the Distance Service Sales Agreement, Art. 13.3.)
STATUS: IN FORCE. v1.0 — 2026-08-25. Same procedure as the distance sales agreement: legal review is recommended; the bracketed fields have been filled in for publication. Contains two documents: (A) Terms of Use, (B) Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice. Both are written to match the application's actual data behaviour — a description of the code, not marketing copy.

1. The service
WAY-LOO is a mobile application that shows road users the business listings around them and along their route on a map, and additionally shows lorry/truck users the weight inspection stations along their route. Businesses may publish listings subject to separate provisions (the Distance Service Sales Agreement).
2. Driving safety — this article comes first
2.1. The application is an informational tool; it does not replace navigation, traffic rules or official signage. Road signs, traffic rules and the instructions of authorised officers always prevail over the application. 2.2. Do not interact with the device while driving. The application is designed to require minimal interaction while driving; nevertheless all responsibility for use rests with the driver. 2.3. Weight inspection station, road and business information is compiled from open sources and user declarations and may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. The accuracy of this information is not warranted; your official obligations (weighing, inspection, etc.) apply regardless of this information.
3. Accounts
3.1. The driver side requires no account; the application works with an anonymous device identifier. 3.2. A business account is opened with a telephone number (WhatsApp verification). The number must belong to you and the business details you provide must be accurate. 3.3. Listing purchase, publication, refund and pricing are subject to the Distance Service Sales Agreement.
4. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited: using the service for unlawful purposes; entering false location/listing information; opening an account with someone else's number; attempting to generate fake impressions/statistics; unauthorised access to systems, reverse engineering or unusual automated traffic; content infringing the intellectual property rights of others. In case of breach, the right to remove the listing and suspend the account is reserved (agreement Art. 8).
5. Intellectual property
The application, its design and the WAY-LOO brand belong to MRACLE. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and subject to the ODbL licence. Listing content belongs to the listing owner; the owner is deemed to have granted MRACLE the licence required for the content to be published in the application.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Save for cases in which liability cannot be excluded by law, MRACLE is not liable for errors in map/station/listing information, for service interruptions, or for indirect damages arising from use of the service. The limitation of liability towards businesses is set out in Art. 11 of the agreement.
7. Changes, termination, governing law
The terms are versioned; material changes are announced within the application. A user may end the relationship by ceasing to use the service or by closing the business account. Turkish law applies; the competent forum is the courts and enforcement offices of İskenderun. (Lawyer's note: the limits of the jurisdiction clause for users holding consumer status should be assessed.)
The binding language of these texts is Turkish; versions in other languages are informational translations. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.
